Salusbury Wine Store

One of the best selections of wine in West London. Located in Queens Park, the store also does a good line in beer, spirits and delicatessen items.

Noble Rot

One of our favourite magazines. Exciting writing on the meeting point between wine, food and the creative arts. Now also a brilliant wine bar and kitchen on Lambs Conduit St. refreshingly simple but delicious food to compliment a pretty unbeatable list by the glass. Ask for Dan...

Matt's first job in the restaurant industry was at Hix' flagship Soho restaurant.

St John

One of the first restaurants that Matt worked at and as such a major influence on our culinary outlook. Over 20 years on, still leading the way in elegant, produce led British cooking.

The Clove Club

A perfect counterpoint to our favourite, St John. The same respect and attention to quality British produce, but a very modern approach to technique and presentation.

Brahms and Liszt

We are huge fans of Mezcal, which is still hard to come by in the UK. Having developed Quiquiriqui Mezcal and set up a number of Mezcal bars and pop ups, Melanie Symonds continues her quest to promote this fine drink with a specialist spirit off licence and tasting room in Clapton.

The Chamberlayne Pub

Our local pub and a Kensal Rise institution. We recently helped to redesign their food menu, try the Lamb scrumpets!

The Island, Kensal Rise

Another one of our local pubs, boasting a good beer garden and lovely staff.

Sicilia Roots

Wood fired pizza specialists. You can find them most weekends in Richmond market.

Eat the Smoke

Terrific BBQ down in Devonshire.

The Luna Cinema

Throughout summer 2015 we served food to customers at over 50 Luna Cinema events. They are one of the UK's leading outdoor cinemas with some brilliant venues, including Hampton Court, Kew Gardens and Holkham Hall.

Cornbury Festival

In 2015 we set up an open air cafe in Cornbury's glamping field. A lovely laid-back festival in the Cotswolds.

Hope Festival

In late May we can often be found serving food atop a hill in Kent. Our friends have run this not-for-profit music festival for the last 21 years. Always a brilliant start to the festival season.

Whether punters or traders, we hate to miss a Glastonbury.

Our primary vegetable and dairy supplier. Consistently high quality, seasonal veg, including the sorts of specialist items often difficult to find elsewhere.

Roberson Wine

One of our favourite wine suppliers in London. An excellent list of exclusive suppliers and a great level of general quality.

Eat The Seasons

This is very much as the name implies! A very useful tool especially if you're planning a menu six months in advance. Always best to use seasonal produce... NB. Asparagus in December is likely from Peru or a greenhouse in Holland - ethically unsound and more importantly, there are better tasting things closer to home !

Our favourite staff hire co. All of them are good looking & tattooed. Happily we like that look !
